Using HireSpot

HireSpot is provided for conducting legitimate technical interviews as part of a hiring process. You’re responsible for the accuracy of any candidate information you enter, and for having a lawful basis to collect and process it.

Accounts

You’re responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Sign-in is provided through Google OAuth; you must comply with Google’s own terms of service when using it to sign in.

Acceptable use

• Don’t use HireSpot to collect information about someone without a legitimate hiring-related purpose.
• Don’t attempt to bypass rate limits, security controls, or access other accounts’ data.
• Don’t use the code-execution environment for anything other than evaluating interview submissions.

AI evaluation

Code submitted during an interview is evaluated automatically using third-party AI models. AI-generated evaluations are a decision-support tool, not a guarantee of a candidate’s ability — hiring decisions remain the responsibility of the recruiter or hiring team using the platform.

Service availability

We aim to keep HireSpot available and reliable but don’t guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, modify, or discontinue features with notice where reasonably possible.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of HireSpot after a change means you accept the updated terms.
