About HireSpot
HireSpot is a technical interview platform for engineering teams, recruiters, and hiring managers. It brings live collaborative coding and AI-assisted evaluation into one session, so a technical interview produces a structured, comparable result instead of a scattered set of notes.
What we do
HireSpot lets an interviewer and a candidate write and run code together in real time, in the same session, in any of nine supported languages. When the interview ends, HireSpot automatically evaluates the candidate’s code for correctness, quality, and efficiency, and turns that into a structured report the hiring team can act on.
The goal is narrow and deliberate: make technical interviewing faster and more consistent for the people running the hiring process, not to build a job board or a candidate marketplace.
