About HireSpot
HireSpot is a technical interview platform for engineering teams, recruiters, and hiring managers. It brings live collaborative coding and AI-assisted evaluation into one session, so a technical interview produces a structured, comparable result instead of a scattered set of notes.
What we do
HireSpot lets an interviewer and a candidate write and run code together in real time, in the same session, in any of nine supported languages. When the interview ends, HireSpot automatically evaluates the candidate’s code for correctness, quality, and efficiency, and turns that into a structured report the hiring team can act on.
The goal is deliberate: make technical interviewing faster and more consistent for the people running the hiring process. For teams that don’t have anyone in-house qualified to run a technical interview, HireSpot’s expert marketplace (currently in beta) connects them with independent, vetted interviewers who can run the interview on their behalf — it isn’t a general job board for candidates to browse.
Who it’s for
HireSpot is built for the people conducting technical interviews — engineering managers, recruiters, and interview panels — evaluating candidates they’ve already sourced through their own process. It also serves independent technical experts who want to take on interviewing work for other businesses.
